Citrusy Carrot & Beet Juice

Whether you are cooking or juicing, oranges and beets are always complementary.

3 oranges, peeled, halved, excess pith removed
2 carrots, trimmed, cut in segments
1 beet, trimmed

Process ingredients in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Makes 3 cups (750 mL).
