Grapeberry Sparkle

The sweet scent of summer is captured in these tall glasses of sparkling, fresh-pressed juice.(Juicing tips and techniques: All Juiced Up.)

1 lb (500 g) grapes, stemmed (3 cups/750 mL)
1 lb (500 g) strawberries, stemmed
12 oz (375 g) blueberries
6 oz (175 g) blackberries
Sparkling mineral water to taste

Process grapes and berries in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Stir. Pour into tall glasses. Add splashes of mineral water.

Makes 3 cups (750 mL).

  • Use natural mineral water, not club soda.
