Grapeberry Sparkle

The sweet scent of summer is captured in tall glasses of sparkling fresh-pressed juice.

1 lb (500 g) grapes, stemmed (about 3 cups/750 mL)
1 lb (500 g) strawberries, stemmed
12 oz (375 g) blueberries
6 oz (175 g) blackberries
Sparkling mineral water to taste

Process grapes and berries in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Stir, pour into tall glasses and add splashes of mineral water.

Makes 3 cups (750 mL).
