In this healthy juice, trendy kale is partnered with classic pear, plus there’s carrot for

2 pears, stemmed, quartered
1 lemon, peeled, halved, excess pith removed
1 small bunch black kale (8 oz/250 g)
6 medium carrots, trimmed, cut in segments
Process ingredients in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Makes 2-3/4 cups (650 mL).
