Mild-mannered, yet full of nutrients, this fresh-pressed juice mates kale with carrots,

4 stalks kale
2 apples, stemmed, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut in segments
4 carrots, trimmed, cut in segments
1 sweet potato, cut in chunks
Process ingredients in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Makes 3 cups (750 mL).
