Mango Spinach Coconut Water

This refreshing green juice has a delicious tropical vibe.

1 small bunch spinach (about 8 oz/250 g)
2 mangos, peeled, pitted
1-inch (2.5 cm) piece ginger
1 cup (250 mL) coconut water

Process spinach, mangos and ginger in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Stir in coconut water.

Makes 2 cups (500 mL).
