1 large pear, stemmed, quartered
1 lime, peeled, halved, excess pith removed
4 parsnips, trimmed, cut in segments
2 medium carrots, trimmed, cut in segments
1 piece ginger (1 inch/2.5 cm)
Process ingredients in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Makes 1-3/4 cups (425 mL).
