This refreshing, slushy juicer drink is pretty in pink. Don’t be afraid of the radishes; they add a bit of punch to healthy fresh juices. (Juicing tips and techniques: All Juiced Up.)
2 pears, stemmed, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut in segments
4 radishes, trimmed
Crushed ice to taste
Process pears, celery and radishes in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Fill tall glasses with ice. Stir juice, then pour over ice.
Makes 2-1/2 cups (625 mL).
