In this healthy drink, grapefruit and orange juices are bolstered with spinachy goodness

2 grapefruits, peeled, quartered, excess pith removed
1 piece ginger (1 inch/2.5 cm)
4 oz (125 g) spinach leaves, torn (6 cups/1.5 L)
1 orange, peeled, halved, excess pith removed
Process ingredients in electric juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Makes 3 cups (800 mL).
